The Bebo gradient. (gradient at the top)

Well some of you will know if you have Bebo that theres been a new layout added to there website. I want to know if the blacky/greyish gradient at the top, I wan't to use that for my site, but do you think they would mind much?

You could always change the starting Hex to like one above just to annoy them if they start saying "OMG its ours!"

So they cant moan, get the hex of the top bit, hex of the bottom bit and change them both by like a little bit (so its like nearly the same colour but isnt) so they cant moan. ;)
