I think he means the way you speak on the demos. Having listened to all 3 and saying to myself "not bad" I can see where he is coming from.

Improvements would be to add more demos to the site, and make yourself sound slightly more professional / enthusiastic.

I don't like the voice of the jingles, just don't sound jinglish!
