x-rocker chair?:(

Hey, my little brother got one of these and my mum turned the box over a while ago and there was a sound as if there was like laods of nuts an bolts lying around. But we opened it today and there is nothing like that, but there is sttill rattling, and the chair dosent stay upright.. anyone had problems like this?

I thought its like, the weights are kept in a bag, and that bag has somehow burst.

My brother got one of those, and his doesn't rattle or anything? Take it back to were you got it from and see what they say, you might get another one.
