Santas don't need a level... :l

They are a really rare drop, too bad they had to re release them... now I'm not the only person I've seen on Kilrogg with a 'Santa'. I got mine last year.

No one sells them in the AH you gotta kill something for it and it's a very rare drop.

But yeah, extremely rare "world" drop. Can drop anywhere, any mob, any time through Winter Veil.
