A14. Do not post private messages, staff threads/posts or quote private conversations or comments made with the User Reputation system - It is not allowed to show Private Messages without the senders permission either in a Post or in another Private Message. Also it is not allowed to quote anybody from a private conversation or a thread/post not viewable by the public, for example in a Private Message or in a private forum, without the author's permission. This means it is also not allowed to show comments made by others using the User Reputation system, for example in your signature.

Okay,

Black bold:
Without senders permisson, How can you know that I/we had permisson ;). I could have said he gave me permisson on the thread, but lmao, i could have lied :$.

Pink Bold: How are the mods gonna know that i had permisson eh? This rule should be carefully thinked and sorted out tbh, and how can i proove that i got permisson?, Maybe you should ask the person from who ever you got it from?

Just suggesting lol.

Showing you had premission is the words "given premission to post", or a post from the user saying so.

It doesnt say that on the rules. It just says you need permission, nothing about saying it on habbox?

Evidence in the past has been a screenshot of an MSN conversation saying so. ;)

However, it was all posted in the original thread.

The main reason the rule was introduced was because people posted what staff PMed them regarding private matters for example or ex-staff posted threads there were in the staff forums.

A general chit chat between two friends posted on the forums isn't a big deal IMO but it depends on the situation. If the fact you posted a private message on the forums and it annoyed any of the users involved, then its obviously best to remove them.

Rofl, None of my "chit chat" Was rude. Just our dates of birth, which was faked :S. And some funny comments...

Not our fault if it offended someone? lol They should read it. This rule is pointless, if you was gonna warnn me for this, it should have been "Please dont post offensives stuff"

Well, technically by the rule in place what was done had to be done. Sometimes I disagree with rules, but I have to enforce them anyway. The best way to move on with this discussion is to accept the infraction you have, and accept that you will have to live with it for a whole two months *gasp* but instead looking at revising the rule so that chitchat between friends isn't removed, and nothing that is obviously a joke is removed, and nothing that isn't potentially damaging or libelous (adjective form of libel?) is only removed by the request of the sender.

Obviously warning PMs and stuff like that would be removed unless the sender gave their express consent.
