Plans for New Years Eve?

I plan to go to a party of a close friend then continue on to the darling harbour to watch the fire works. Australias set to have the best fire works show yet this year! After the fire works i will return to the party and continue to have fun =]

I'm going to try and get with some family and friends and have a party at someone's house and watch some fireworks, I haven't fully planned it yet. I'd like it to be different from last year because last year I did nothing for new years, I just relaxed at my house, I want to actually do something more exciting this year. I'll probably stay up most or all of the night and have a sleep in on the new day of 2008. :)

Lmao! I'm actually one of the very few that don't drink alcohol. A lot of other people do at parties where I live, and they try to get me to drink but I say NO! And I won't be drinking on new years either. :P

Well, each year, a different family member (big family) hosts the party. We did it in 2005, it was a blast! We had fireworks and kareoke, and loud music and great fun. I wonder who's turn it is this year!

i'm actually jealous of you.
i miss australia so much, i loved the fireworks.
we had the best view ever from opposite the bridge in balmain/birchgrove.
by the ferry stop there's a big park etc.
and in the middle of it, there is a big tree which people can sit in..
it's like a semi circle, i use to go in it when i was little.
we always lay beneath the trees there me and my best friend!!
and we had a good view from our house.

i miss it so much :(

anyway, i'm going to a party in about 20 minutes! just waiting to get picked up like..
