Normal servers you can do everything (PvP RP, etc) so normal servers ftw.

Normal servers horde cant attack you outta nowhere whereas on a pvp server... level 70 rogue unstealths behind you and suddenly 1shot you are dead. But in normal you can turn on pvp so any horde can attack you.

Normal is better for new players as on PVP you will find it harder to level as there are loads of level 70's who anally crave ganking low players

Ganking is basically where a much higher level jumps out and kills a low level player or a gang of people team up and kill you.

Cool. Just stick to quests for leveling.

OK, i died earlier.
attacked a level 70. aha.

I killed two level 70 Hordes who where running about Ironforge and the guards got them low and I used ma bow and killed 2 of them with this level 60 mage. I got both kills :P.

I much perfer PvP servers over PvE (normal). I just think there's a better feeling to things and such, it's certainly alot more realistic in my opinion. But I've been playing on PvP servers since day 1 ;).
