You

Uktrainsim ones are free but you're better off paying £3.00 for the membership, skips all the download queues. The others you have to pay for but i'm sure you can torrent them.

also what do you do when you come to a yellow signal? As sometimes i wait for it to go green then continue my run.

You

You can pass through yellow signals, just slow down a little bit because it usually means you're coming to a red signal (where you must stop) or you're coming to a junction.

Double yellow = The next signal is likely to be a single caution aspect (single yellow)
Single Yellow = Next one is likely to be a red (and you must stop untill it turns green or yellow)

Edit; I uploaded these routes ages ago, i don't know if you can still download them or not.

The East Coast Express ones add on to each other, so if you install all three you can drive from London Kings cross to Leeds and on to York...
