Can you make the nav have a iframe please and can you make it bright I didn't like the black and white

i can't put the nav in iframe so i putted hte content in iframe.

so you only need to ad a link page on to index.htm then it will go there in content box

(if it won't work copy the home button and paste it underneath and then rename that to news or what ever)
