Good sites for Avatars. +Rep

Not quite sure where this thread will go but i'll just put it here. If wrong, i apologise. Anyway, basically what the Title says. Anyone know any good sites for Avatars? I've had a look around using google and found crappy ones which only give you 100x100 avatars. I'd like a site which not only has good avatar pictures (Prefebly sports avatars) but are actually big/bigger then 100x100. I will +Rep people who post sites which i found helpful and useful.
