My Assessment:

The drop of this rare has made it even more admired among buyers, many buyers have paid the Habbox value price (45 HC’s) however a lot more buyers are buying it for less this is because it is evident that the throne is about to drop so owners are getting rid of it while they can whereas buyers are taking advantage of the slight drop.
My Prediction
The Throne is on its way down I feel it will hit 40 before it shoots right back up again.
The Value of The Throne can best be illustrated by the movement of the Yo-Yo.

Christmas is over & this rare is unwanted and declining. A lot of Habbos are getting it cheap I doubt they are keeping it for next year though.
My Prediction
I Reckon a reduction to 1 HC will be too steep therefore it leaves us with only one possible conclusion for the value of this rare and I consider a price tag of 1.5 perfect for this rare.

No New Years Party will be complete without this rare therefore every organiser of a party is looking for this rare and they are willing to dig a little deeper into there pockets to acquire this rare.
My Prediction
I Believe That this Rare will rise to 1.5 HC’s but several people may still sell it for 2 HC’s this rare will rise but after The New Year Becomes an Old Year this Rare will drop back to where it is now, sitting comfortably at 1 HC.
