Header is bad, colours used in header are bad also.

I hate the stripes.

I hate the 'web2.0' star.

I don't like the style of the tabs.

The tabs, are just too big,
The text inside the tabs are just ugly.
Size 10-14 would be better.
and, the low opacity stripes ruin it,
they'd be better as a background.

By any chance did you use a tutorial in this months Web Designer Mag for this? It looks like the shedbook layout tutorial in the photoshop tutorials section.

Pretty good. What I would recommend is making the header just bigger or just smaller than the "Disc Dock" font. Then making the tabs so it's just one big tab split up. Tabbing like that doesn't look good upwards. Same advice I gave to Jamie about tabs and it instantly improved his layout.

Also, don't use bit chunky things for items such as backgrounds and boxes. Makes the site look like it has too much white space. Causing the eye to wander.

Try changing the logo so it has a more styled feel to it. As a logo is always what makes someone attracted to a product first.

Hope that helps a little :)
