Flames of zamorak....where to train?

Hey, where should i train for good xp/drops? i have enough runes for 1k flames of zamorak spells...

Don't train at metal dragons. Just kill some guards or other things, you'll hit them a lot = more xp.

Waste of money, sell the bloods etc and buy chaos.
