It means the controller has low battery.
Just switch the batterys with new ones and its good as new

Get yourself a play and charge kit if you haven't already got one. A great peice of kit, you can play while it charges the battery pack.

I HAVE 10 WIRELESS CONTROLLERS, THEY ALL WORK FINE.
