What movies do you want to see in 08?
Personally i think 08 has a much better selection than this year, as there's actually quite a few films that take my interest.
The main ones im looking out for are:
1) The Dark Knight (looks great, and batman was by far my fav batman film)
2) Cloverfield (Saw teaser trailer before transformers. Wanted to see ever since)
3) Iron Man (just becuse)
4) Speed Racer (which actually looks pretty interesting from the trailer, plus it is the Wachowski Brothers :P)
5) Sweeney Todd: The Demon Barber of Fleet Street (looked good)
+Ether the new Rambo film or Wanted. Both look Ok, but trailers don't look spectacular

I have pretty high hopes for it since the scripts been in progress for like 15 years :P
So far though it seems like pretty much every movie that Shia LaBeouf has been in.. has been pretty good.. so I've grown to be a big fan :eusa_whis

Juno got a 94% on Rotten Tomatoes which is unreal, I'll probably go see it now. Micheal Cera is in it too so it should be good.

Well at the end of the movie Maggie said 'sequel' and at the beginning of the season opener this year Bart wrote on the chalkboard 'I won't wait 20 years to make another movie' which means it'll be made pretty soon, and I saw some TV show where they said the 2nd movie will come out late 2008.
You sure? :S I can't find anything for it on google / wikipedia etc.
I also remember something about a new Austin Powers coming out this year where the movie will be more focused on Dr. Evil, I definitely wanna watch that.

Yeah I remember the Maggie saying 'sequel' and the season 19 episode one chalkboard but I don't think it would of been this year.. its too soon after and it takes a few years for them to make another I'd say :S. I'd like there to be another one tho :D

There Will Be Blood
Juno
No Country For Old Men
Be Kind Rewind
All of them look amazing. NCFOM has got such good reviews, same with Juno and There Will Be Blood. Be Kind Rewind looks great, the storyline is really good and with a director like Michel Gondry it'll be fantastic.
