Reading a few posts a noticed one member had 278 posts... like 4 rep BARS and had been on the forum 3 months.

However i've been on a year.

1132 rep

3,300+ posts.

But we are both on 2 :S

Becasue the ammount of reputation he has, he has no power from time on the forum nor from posts.

You have a similar RANGE of reputation, no rep power from time on the forum (under 730 days) and don't have 5,000 posts to gain another rep power.

Ok so really the requierments are too "equal" for one of that "low" stats.

The requirements should be less leading to less equality but still solving the problem.

I'm not saying I don't bieve in equality, but you understand what i'm getting at?

For someone who has worked hard to have the same rep as someone who hasn't really is abit... ya know.

Yeah tell me about it ive only just signed up to the forum and although it has been done well ,in regards to layout and the ability to function, however from what i have read it seems that the reputation system needs to be changed to allow more senior members of the forum some recognition for their efforts.
