Nope, they either improve it and let more limit or it just stays.

They've got rid of rwt, which is what they've been aiming to do for months. I'll be extremely surprised if it gets reversed.

it will not be removed just improved, over the months you will see alot more qesta and the limit being put up more and more.

why do you think they want 3 quest a month.
