I'd have thought Mascherano would go to Liverpool more than anywhere else. Also, if Liverpool sign Heinze they're stupid cause I still think he's awful.
Still only Keogh and Anyinsah on the agenda for us. Showing interest in Scott Dobie too, but wages seem to be an obstacle :S.

It's Gabriel Heinze, the guy who turned down a move to Liverpool in the summer so I'd actually be surprised if the deal went through - especially since I can't really see Liverpool finding a use for fatty fatty boom boom Baptista.

Hm.. but the legality of his contract was all up in the air, think they preferred for him to be put under a proper one at Liverpool than a dodgy one like his west ham one.
And do loans count as signings? Think you're able to sign a player then allow him to be loaned out but not officially transfer to two clubs over the course of 1 full season.

Heinze did not turn liverpool down as he wanted to go. - check skysports -
Man u turned down liverpool that is why Heinze and liverpool and man u all went to court as Heinze had a contract from Man u saying he can leaving to anyteam for 8m and liverpool offered that. But man u won the court case so he was banned from going to liverpool in the summer.
And i think Baptista is if he comes going to be a stand in if we dont get mashcerano

gillingham have secured permanent signins from loanees adam miller and john nutter for an undisclosed fee, these two have highly impressed the gaffer and everyone else at gillingham well for me and everyone on the messageboards, decided not to extend/sign shabaz baidoo contract so hes gone back to qpr :)

Tbh, i wanted him to go to you, cos you offered apparently around the £350k mark, and that would of been decent enough for us.
And yeah, i heard about him messing you about, cos he was meant to play for us when we played you on saturday, but he didnt, so he's 100% gna leave us :)

We've signed Evan Horwood from Sheffield United on a two and a half year deal. He was recntly loaned out to Gretna where he played and scored on the weekend. Only 21 so one for the future I hope ;)
