It was under trax factor but if its no their no more im sure it would be on habbox now or soon as a misc rare.

It's a normal item as far as I know, Grunge and Executive aren't misc as they are the same as Lodge, Normal Pura, Normal Area and so on.

It was released in addition to the Traxfactor competition, to help members make professional looking record labels, It may get re-released, but you can probably find Exec furni in good furni shops.

Oh it is too, great another crap misc which will be released x100 times a year :(

You'll find it in almost any shop, due to its "leather-ness" people got it the second it was in the catalogue. Plus it looked kinda cool :) .

P.S.: I'm signed up to Habbo UK and Habbo USA, and Habbo USA got the Executive furni just now! Rofl...
