tips anyone?

k, its no-where near done. need some pointers
The r in the title are roll over images. which ever letter, it will turn like that.
the side part is flash, it will like, change colour when hovered over.
hard to explain.
anyone got any pointers/tips. i personally dont like it that much
as im on a weir screen the colours seem a bit off and i cant tell their true colours
looking at it now, the writing at the top needs to be changed
