How u make a navigation bar thing????

do this (edit the lime)

<div class="nav_bar">
<a href="page.html" alt="Click to go home">Home</a>
<a href="page.html" alt="Click to go to other pages>Other...</a>
<a href="page.html" alt="Click to contact us>Contact us....</a>
</div>

and on the styles:

div.nav_bar {
postition:absolute;
top: 20px;
left: 0px;
}
