Right, as you know.. i used to have abit of insomnia (i made a post about it ages ago)

But last night, i was on here to about 2, watched tv til 3, and then i TRIED to goto sleep. I Shut my eyes and tried.. but i couldnt. Next thing i knew, it was 10 to 7..

I dont know what happened to all the time, and i know i didnt sleep..

Erm, I think you did go to sleep... How else would time go so fast?

I didnt wake up.. Lol, I can remember blinking.. And watching some programme on tv about how kids dont wanna talk to their parents about sex, I came on here again for a bit, texted somone.. and then i went on fsx on here for about an hour... so yeah, I cant remmember waking up (should of been about 50 mins ago) but i heard my mum get up and everything.. lol :S

It's possible you never went into a deep sleep so you could still here certain things.

Well it has been the Xmas holidays so you have probably been sleeping later and going to bed later so your bodyclock has shifted a bit. Once you get back into the routine I am sure it will be okay. I have the same problem - nothing to worry about I don't think. Try to do something less active before you go to bed though.

sometimes i day dream instead of sleeping. it happens quite a bit, especially if im upset / depressed or scared.

you not went to the doctor n asked for sleeping pills?

Nah, not went to the doctor yet, Ill see if it happens tonight..
