Well you see here's the thing:
Each time a girl speaks to me, a group of people or I have to much attention I start going red and sweat loads, sometimes randomly, even if I feel comfortable. The worse problem is if I think I'm red, I go red.
This makes me feel really embaressed, and makes me scare to speak to any girls etc. It's runing my life! People just laugh at it, not knowing how bad it really feels. I've had his problem for about 1 year.

I need someones help, If they know how to stop this, I've heard that it's like a disorder and you have to have an operation on your sweat glands :S

Im really in a horrible situation, please help!!!!!

Tablets to stop the hornmones reacting to attention may be a solution to this.

Nah, that's only if you have uncontrollable sweat, they wouldn't operate you on something like this. It's probably to do with your nervs and confidence. You should see your GP anyway if you feel you need to, he could prescribe you some nerv-controlling pills, or consult you a psychologist. If you're young then it might just be normal, part of growing up and gaining confidence. If your parents agree with you then you should see a GP at the least.

Agree its a confidence thing - have a word with the doctor in case though as suggested

lol at post above.
But yeah, Its mainly to do with confidence, If you dont feel confident and you get like a group of people that you may feel intimidated by, you get embarrest and go red. (But unless your like bradley off eastenders who goes red liek all the time)

But you could go to your doctor if its quite bad and they would recommend some tablets that would make your hormones less.. active.
