View Full Version : Jaw.
When I'm chewing something like a toffee, my jaw sort of 'comes out of place' and when I open it, it hurts after a certain point, like the bone's "caught" and it's putting strain on my jawbone. I have to rotate my jaw a bit so it 'clicks' into place.
Anyone else get this or is it just me?

You probably need to see your dentist. Could be a tooth alignment problem.
Doesn't sound like a good thing to have at all. Very painful.

See your dentist it sounds like the allignment of your jaw has slipped a tad... happened to my friend...
Get an xray and if it hurts some painkillers

It doesn't really hurt alot because when it hurts I just sort of close my mouth and rotate my jaw a tad, until it clicks. It's just annoying and I think I'll go to t'dentist.

I think so because it could cause some damage otherwise.

I've had this before and I went to the dentist about it and all they said was "It's natural for someone of your age, your jaw is still growing and the bones will adjust themselves to the right place."
It went away after about a day.
