Finding out if someone is banned?

With the new homepage if you hide your page you get a page saying this come up...

But this always comes up if your banned, is there anyway to find out if its a hid homepage or they are banned?

No not really, Before if someone wanted to keep their Homepage private they whould make it Private, and when you click on thier hompage it whould say sorry, this page is private. And if someone got banned they whould say sorry this user is now banned. But its now change since the Update.

I've tried 3 sig status things, they all just said 'page not ava' and i tried the person I want to find out and Callie's to compare :P
