k, so i had an idea for a site, a place where you upload your photos and tag the people in it. you can create an account for free and you can also upload photos for general use. here is the layout so far, WIP! any suggestions and improvements.
i would like to make this site but i think it is going to be impossible for me atm

sorry to let you down bude, but Tagged is already a website. And its almost exactly like the one your planning to make...except the layouts alot different.

I really like the layout so I suggest if you're going to do it just change the name of it.

ermm, dont use bebo, but myspace and facebook do a tagging of pictures sort of thing and it would be like that. but aS I SAID, i dont plan on making this site, the layout can be sued for other stuff.

If MySpace / Facebook use it, then yeah, it's the same thing Bebo uses. (since Bebo copy everyone).

I'm not too sure on the content box. Make it light with a gradient at the top. The banner also look sa bit strange, but I'm not sure what it is that I'm not a fan of. I think it's the font etc.

lol bebo do copy, but then again, its what you have to do to gain users...
oops just realised i forgot to put something in the contentg box, there was supposed to be something between that and the bar across the page and also a light bg image at the bottom left of the logo. i know what i mean lol

i picked that font because its kinda scrappy and i want it to be kinda a scrap boook online for photos. if that makes sense, because the writing is like scribled writing.

Netlog and Virb are always first with new features. Virb are working on a feature where you can save layouts you built, kinda like the way Bebo do but more advanced. With css and the likes.

that is true, as far as i was aware, facebook had it first out of all the major sites.

Bebo can let you use 'their version' of stylesheets, but it's not exactly a css document, it's annoying and stupid.
