you're 13, there's your answer.

don't do it, not yet. could easily be a phase.

I knew since i was little, I told her in.. september 07 i think, I just turned 14 at the time.
I couldnt reallllly do it on my own, so my best mate told her for me, at the time i wasnt sure if i wanted to, but now im glad she did. Me and my mum can talk about anything really :P

But, One thing to remember: Every coming out is different.

When you DO tell her, make sure shes relaxed, you can bring somone for support,
Tissues (To cry lol)
She will go through the stages of denial, then they will blame theirself, then they will probberly go through some other bad stages, and it could be a while before they accept it.

My best freind told her mum, and she didnt accept it because her son is gay and she doesnt want a lesbian daughter too.

EDIT: just realised your female, Its kind of easier for girls to come out, Becuase it turns some guys on when they see lesbians / bisexual girls, But not the other way round.

as you're still quite young you might end up going straight when you get older. You might choose to wait, then tell them when you're older or 100% certain. I've known people that have been Bi for a while, then turned back to straight. Or if you choose to tell them now, you'll just have to confront what is going to happen, but remember once you tell them there is no going back. So make sure it's what you want.

All the best

some people go through phases through puberty of thinking they are gay / bi and starting to be attracted to the same sex. I'd wait until you are 16 or something before you make any decisions on coming out, atleast then you will be 100% sure.

Yeah, same as the others have said, it's just a phase caused by hormones. Most teens go through the same thing, so it's not really worth coming out just yet. But, a little hint, just because it's only a phase, doesn't mean you can't act on it, go make out with girls ;)
