[omRVS] One More Rare Values System

[loserWILL]

omRVS (one more rare values system) is a project I'll be working on. As you can see from the name, it will be a rare values system.
Here are the features I currently plan to create, please post any features that you want.

Main (public) site:
View homepage
View rare values
Change rare sectionsAdmin CP:
Edit homepage content
Add rare(s)
Edit rare(s)
Add category/categories
Edit category/categories
Edit site settings & details

A rare value panel by itself, does not need that many features. :) Maybe tooltips over the rares displaying some information.

I'm not going to do this for two reasons:

1. You guys don't want one
2. I'm undergoing some personal issues
