Same. A banner wont make a difference. I tried a few times in staff meetings to convince them of making ripping rules more strict, but never really followed up.

...Ripping and murder is two slightly different thing's. Same principle but it's hard to compare. Say something like, your growing a carrot to win the very large carrot of '05 competition, prize is £50 and your name put on the wall of fame. Your time is almost up and your carrot measures 3'1" in length, the competition starts tomorrow where the carrot's will be judged. During the night, somone steals your carrot, goes to the competition and wins.... They get all the glory o.0
