You need to download picture packs and various stuff :).

I've found it! Its free to. its in the xbox 360 community picture pack. However I can't find it :S check on http://www.mygamercard.net/gpscout.php .

It's in a pack called "Soccer Pack" for 160 Microsoft Points

If you can't find it look for a folder called "Team DZN" and it might be in there
