Ages ago, the government planned on giving buses the voice of the Tube to alert the public incase they're sleeping or doing something wrong/the driver wants you to do something.

My bus says stuff like,
Vandalism is a criminal offence.
There is no sstanding on the stairs or upper deck please.
Please continue to move right down the bus.
