Well you are a bit over-weight. Don't take that as a bad way; however.. What exercises are you doing?

These are good, since I started weight-lighting I have big biceps. The weight lifting won't really get you to lose weight.. However if you stop that now, and then start once your back down to 7 and a half stone - 8 then you could maybe start again.
^ Weight lifting will not make you loose weight.
Here is what I do for 22 seconds each day. I recommend you keep trying and you won't be long in seeing a difference :)
Sit Ups
Press Ups
Running On The Spot
Star Jumps
(stand beside a bench like thing, jump up and when you get back down, touch the bench) - I forget the proper name for it.
Do this each of these 4 times through, at 22 seconds each. Have fluids beside you etc, its hard work but you'll see a difference.
Hope I've helped :)

Davii

You shouldn't be getting called fat, unless you are just all fat and no muscle.

You are not overweight at all. :S
I am 8 stone and around 170cm. I am far from overweight. I doubt you are overweight mate. :)
Your not overweight in the slightest, it could be unhealthy to eat like that and then exercise like that.
Compared to you im obese.

Just to let you know
if you have less than 1,000 calories, your body goes into starvation mode, which means everything you eat will be turned into fat so your body can protect itself as it panics, so why not uppen it to at least 1,100 calories?
Not exactly healthy to be at 900 calories anyway.
Daily guidelines is like, 2,000 or something.

You seriously aren't overweight, like you have to take into consideration your height etc.
Just ignore the people who call you fat and don't try to lose anymore weight because it wouldn't be good for you.
