Terrible. Both of the fonts used are rubbish and the rest of it is only 2 bars of colours.

You don't need all this balls on an Uploader.

Just a place where you browse for your file, then see your upload. People don't want pages and pages of content and registration just to upload a file. They can easily use the bigger uploaders such as Photobucket if they want albums and so on.
