Doorbells broke?

When I took the doorbell of my room It still had a doorbell and a friend just messaged saying this happened to him.

Oh and I can't put one on either.

Maybe this is why I could get in a doorbelled room? As my friend might have tried to take off a doorbell but it's still showing as a locked room o-o

Well obviously you have to own the room to take the doorbell on/off

I took mine off the other day and it still did a doorbell for other people but the room wasn't doorbelled.

I didn't accept them to come in but they had rights so it let them in automaticly hmm.
