Quake 3 Help -+rep

[Hopeless]

I need help hosting a game and being and changing the settings, i will be +repping

i need to no how to:

select certain weapons only to be used on the area for example the BFG


And also to allow the 'hook' to be used because when i make games its always off,


Also how do u use the personal teleported :P
