Why has the user Apk. have an image inside his/her user title? I am very much sure VIPs aren't allowed images inside there user title?

As long as the image does not exceed the amount of characters one can have in a usertitle being a VIP member, it is allowed. Meaning only very small images can be used. Secondly a VIP member can not update their own usertitle, it needs to be requested, so if having a image was not allowed then the hand full of users who do have this, would not.

Probably because we hadn't even thought of it to put in a rule against it :P I suppose we have to put in rules regarding images now.

Why? There's nothing wrong with his user title.

I guess theres nothing wrong with it but a rule is still needed to stop users requesting rude or large images to be put in?

Good find by the way :P

I've only noticed three users requesting an image in their usertitle and I don't think one of them has it in their usertitle anymore. There are no rules explicitly stating that images are not allowed in usertitles and I don't see the harm in it as long as the image is kept small, doesn't obstruct the users post layout and is not inappropriate, obviously there may need to be some rules outlined soon as to the exact size of the image allowed but this can be added if the image feature becomes more mainstream rather than just the users who know how to code the correct HTML.
I was mildly astonished that no one had attempted to add an image to their usertitle before apk because its not exactly difficult HTML so it came as quite a shock to me that we had no rules about it, although the same rules of the forum still apply e.g. A2, A11 etc. I will need to discuss adding a new rule about this, probably similar to the signature/avatar rule but a lot smaller or perhaps denying the ability completely.
Finkelstien is correct, all custom usertitles go through me so VIPs can't just add an inappropriate/large image to their usertitle and expect to get away with it because there are no explicit rules about it. ;)

Wrong. They can update it aslong as it doesn't require any html codes :).

The 'wrong' sounded a bit rude, I agree with you but they can update it thereselves but not get any colour etc :).
