Sam Broadcaster allows you to connect to a server. When you have the server port, ip and password, you can connect to it with Sam. You can then use the folowing code to embed the radio play so they can hear you which is what I think you're asking for:

<object id="MediaPlayer1" width=180 height=50
classid="CLSID:22D6F312-B0F6-11D0-94AB-0080C74C7E95"
codebase="http://activex.microsoft.com/activex/controls/mplayer/en/nsmp2inf.cab#Version=5,1,52,701"
standby="Loading..."
type="application/x-oleobject" align="middle">
<param name="FileName" value="IP.IP.IP.IP:PORT">
<param name="AutoStart" value="0">
<param name="ShowStatusBar" value="True">
<param name="DefaultFrame" value="mainFrame">
<embed type="application/x-mplayer2" pluginspage = http://www.microsoft.com/Windows/MediaPlayer/ src="IP.IP.IP.IP:PORT" align="middle" width=176 height=144 defaultframe="rightFrame" showstatusbar=true>
</embed>
</object>

Do you mean you want the music from a website to play on Sam Broadcaster?
or
Do you mean you want to hear the music on a website play when it isn't at the moment?

I don't understand.

Once you have the site details (ip, password, port etc) & have been accepted as a DJ, open the encoders window, make a new encoder, enter the details in there.
When you want to connect and no-one is on air, click the encoder then click play and your Djing :]

Basiclly.
