Well actually, that is not exactl right. It doesnt say anything about not been banned. What does say is that you should played Habbo for a long time, behaved well and know the Habbo Way very well.

wrong ppl it says u can only paply if u havnt ebing banned more then twice banned and plus they dont have powers they hang around in public rooms helping newbies so they are not like a silver us hobba

Yeah, that´s swedish. It means "I have you?"...whatever that is...:)

I dont know if you can become i HabboX. I belive that you have to speak fluent Swedish for that.

Some Swedish words:

Hej! - Hi!
Hur mår du? - How are you?
Jag heter... - My name is...
Vad heter du? - What is your name?
Jag kan väldigt mycket Svenska - I know alot of Swedish
Svenska Habbo är det bästa hotellet i hela världen - The Swedish Habbo is the best hotel in the world
Olero är den bästa Habbon - Olero is the best Habbo

(The last two sentences is very important to learn XD )

Wrong, You don't get powers, you only can have 2 bans, and you have to be on the hotel for atleast 6 motnhs.
