3 phone calls, 3 reference numbers later and it's being taken away tomorrow, so say DHL.

Now, another 2-3 weeks for it to be taken away - total time dead: 6-7 weeks.

wen mine broke they never said anything about sending a box so i just got a box from the post office and put it in there
which is lucky cos it prob saves a week
took about a month to get mine back i think

Yeah they give you about 3 options, and I got a different one each time I phoned up.

Should just go to some pc repair mate like my mate done ok you pay but u get ur 360 bak quicker
