I am buying norms for HC's 45 credits of norms per my HC. They do not have to all be the same thing.
Restrictions:
Only 5 items per type that are 1 or 2 credit (for instance only 5 z shelves, and only 5 ducks)
No plasto chairs.
Max 10 beds.
