sometimes i can do it but when i want to like stay up for tv programme like 2am in morining i get bad head ache there any tips to stay up late
thanks to help + rep (Y)
cuz i like watching things like las vegas uncoverd like 12am and progs like tht

Maybe have a nap earlier in the evening?
and i cant sleep in day times i dunno why even if i do i dont feel like staying up then because i wake up later on then im in a bad mood
Stay up late often, so you develop a sleeping pattern.
gotta spread azul but thx anyway but i find it hard to get into the sleeping pattern

i cant really think of anything other than keep drinking energy drinks like
coffee
coke
red bull something thats has a lot of sugar will be idea
i have a 6 pack red bull in fridge i drink that some times but i keeps me make then gives me well bad head ache lol
i think your are immortal to sugary substances ;)

Lucozade tablets.
Or just keep yourself active, so do something quiet, but useful, like excerise. I know it sounds like that'll just make it worse, but it shouldn't do.
Plus, you don't wanna sleep too late everynight, else you end up like Neversoft (on this forum) with 4 hours sleep every night! :P
I struggle with 6 hours sleep x 5 nights.. Bags under my eyes at the moment is immense :D
i dont sleep late everynight i have 1 day off collage a week so friday off rest week im in bed by 11

Oh, that's fine then haha, wish I was that lucky! ;) On Fridays I can usually stay up til around 2am though and sleep til lunch, makes up for it.
Just keep active, the more you rest, the more tired you become.

if your getting headaches take some paracetamols, always sorts mine pretty fast. I can only usually stay up till like 12 on weekdays though becuase I have to be up by 7, and im still tired them. On weekends I can stay up all night if I wanted to and had something to do to stop me from dropping off, then id catch up with sleep during the day becuase im that tired.

You don't want to get into a bad sleeping pattern. I sleep about 3-6 hours generally, because I go to bed at about 4 and wake up 7 on college days, later each on days off. It's not good for you and it means you actually cannot sleep earlier.

Lol, thats actually true. Whenever I try going to sleep early I just can't... I'm not tired until like 4am. :P

Drink caffien in coke, tea, coffee etc. It's also good to drink Redbull/boost etc if you want quiet a bit of caffien.
It should help you not get tired.

I don't advise drinking caffinated drinks to stay up as they give you a bit of energy and then make you tired. I generally go to bed at around 4.30-5.30 on a friday night, few hours sleep to get up at 6 for my paper round. Then go to bed at 4ish on saturday night ready for sunday. It's my birthday this sunday so I am going to stay up from saturday morning to sunday evening. Done it before but completely wasted me for school on monday.
I advise drinking water and having an mp3/ipod on. Having people talking on the radio or music is also quite good as you are less likely to fall asleep.
Always sit up and never lie down.
Keep yourself occupied. If your a guy then do what guys do best if you know what i mean. It always keeps me awake :P. I usually draw some stuff or write some stuff while listening to music. It usually keeps me awake
Just keep yourself occupied and have paracetamol every 4 hours for your headaches.

Drinking Red Bull will help you stay up, but it will make the headaches worse.
You need to go to bed at a set time each night, moving the time back each night over a week or so.
Start by going to bed at 11pm, then 11:30, then 12. It's harder if you still go to school, as i presume you will have to get up at the same time every day.

I has the same problem. :[ I can never get to sleep, because I don't want to. I'm sleepy yet I wanna talk to my gf so I stay up till like 11-12 at night on the phone. Right now, I'm so tired xD. My dad calls it burning the candle at both ends. I call it "grumpy sod wont give me a lift to college". :]

Try running or sitting up alot :) and yes drink water it does help and try not to get hungry because being hungry makes you drousy which is being tired so yeah :D
Do something you enjoy you can stay up for hours. I suggest the internet.

Just because you're tired it doesn't mean you have to sleep, push through it - it's not difficult. If you don't want to be tired then just slap yourself.

I think it's something that is easier to do as you get older. As I never used to stay up late. But I just don't like going to sleep, but I lose out in the morning when I wake up at like 12pm-1pm.
Just record it, you can almost find anything on the internet anyway!

On Fridays I go to sleep at like 9:30 am the next morning somtimes no trouble.
