Hello,

I was wondering on your feedback, and hopefully get this looked by the management but can e have HTML enabled in the web host section?

My reason is for when we publish an advertisement, our advertisement will display better with packages in a table. We can then also post our live support code too. Overall it shows a better market community.

I'm not sure of the security risks, but feel free to reply with the problems this may cause.

We'll get spammers embeding iframes and redirects all over the place if that happened i expect. Personally im against the idea, poorly formated html and even uglier advertisments dont appeal to me "/

Hmm, what if say, (not sure if it is possible?) Habbox restrict what HTML may be used?

Example is just table codes?

Also, to be able to post in 2 columns would be actually nice. It cut's people from scrolling and makes things so much more "sexier". Also, how come we can't use justified text? That would work perfect in 2 columns.

I don't think it's possible in vBulletin to do that, not without a lot of modification. I laways thouh HTML was either on or off.

they could make a BB code for it

We will never enable HTML on any (sub) forums as it's a huge security risk.

I'm against it because it'd be abused way too much. There are us members that wouldn't abuse it, but any spammer could just do anything. :(

Surely hosts who really want to sell something would just create a large image advertising their offers and packages in whatever format they want.

That does seem the more logical option ^

Haha okay.

Doesn't BB code allow tables? You could try that, or try asking them to make a new BB code (if vBulletin allow, IPB do at least as far as I am aware :P)
