form wont work

i usually make frontpage make my forms but this wont work.. help?

yeah i did, when i hit save it goes back :S i want it to email me

you need php to send the email to the POP server and then to your email address.

Yes, you're not making it to anything. It needs to be doing something, atm it's just showing the form. I think somebody posted a script here for emailing. :) Just search around or use google.
