Ok well to be honest i can be quite a lazy person.
I study french and maths 1 hour a day at home and play football for about 1 hour also.
Im not fat but im certainly no skinny. Also i want to be a chef.
I was watching food week on Ch 4 last week and since then i have decided to totally change my life for the better.
I cook everything from scratch. I dont eat junk food at all. And already i feel great about it. I exercise more, sit about less. Soon i will get a job in a restaraunt and with the money i earn join a gym. My brother is training to be a personnal trainer so i'm hoping that when he qualifies he will seriosuly help me get fit.
I just thought i'd share this with everyone becuase i wanted you all to know how good it feels and if you dont already, you shoudl try it yourself.:D
