Layout Help

Hello,
I have a layout that was poorly coded and, as a result, can only be viewed properly through IE 6+.
Would anyone be willing to re-code it so that is was viewable in all browsers?
The URL (remember, you must view through IE) is www.habbospeaker.com

Are you looking at it through IE?
You must look at it through IE and it works perfectly.
