I almost typed [LOL] when I type [SIZE] haha! Well, I'm shocked by that. I guess more people are getting hit on the head by bricks then. To become a Habbo/Safety X, you really do have to have sense knocked out of you.
No offense to the current X's, but that's just the way I feel on the topic. Sad isn't a good enough word to describe it really, I'll get too many 'omg u n00b' responses.
In good spirit though, good luck to the sadac- *cough* people who applied!

Just so you know, I spoke to one of the team leaders before I applied, and they stated that anyone who goes over the 50 character limit will automatically fail, because they can't follow simple instructions. They also mentioned that EVERYTHING in the email counts towasrds the 50 characters, including Hello's and goodbyes.

Well then if that was true then they fail because hello and goodbye doesn't count as "Why I want to be an x"

No, you fail because they said that it must be 50 or less. Anything you put in the body of the email should have been 50 words or less. It said that but you failed because of your misinterpretation.

dont you think thats slightly misleading?
in this case the body of the email can be perceived as meaning the application it self not hellos and goodbyes
a few Xs who i spoke to thought this too, so it looks like its confused a fair few people!

I agree with the above, the definintion also proves it, if the body is the '50 words'/main part of the email, then my application is spot on :P I just popped a Hey and some other stuff at the top and the bottom, so it shouldnt matter if the definitition is anything to go by.

Sadly none of these definitions mean nothing since X Management have already said that they'll 'generally' count everything in the email. I don't think discussing it will make it any better, you'll just have to see if you get a reply by Friday.

"Body" refers to everything that isn't in the address lines or subject line - so "hey" and "thanks" are all part of the body of the email.
It's a technical term in email systems, and in writing - which is sortof confusing.

There's no point trying to argue with the system. If you don't get an email, obviously it needs to be 50 words throughout the whole email. A simple email before Friday will tell us all what is going on. :l

Just something quick like that, is what they want if it's under 50 words... not a big application otherwise they'd state that and not have a word limit.

I want to be an X because I feel I can provide a fun and safe environment for new Habbos. I also feel I have a good sense of humor which would shine in helping habbos feel welcome in their new chat environment. I have much knowledge of Habbo/Technical Safety.

I doubt the 50 word application is the actual application; there'll be more stages I presume. My guess is this is just a test to see whether you can follow instructions (write "no more than 50 words") and that you are fairly literate before they consider checking your account status/criteria etc.

Everyones worrying cause they put 51 or 50 and a half words Ect.. Tbh i dont think that some sad person will sit there and count how many words are in thousands of emails.. The 50 Word limit will most likely be to save time so they can go through them all quickly instead of reading long essays people have sent on how much they bum habbo..
I applied but then the next day got told off for giving out personal details and sent a cfh saying '*** i never said a word' So thats me out most likely.

Okay i cant be botherd reading Every Post, So if this has already been said i appologise..
It'll be automated most probably. They will have a script that will probably compile a list of emails that have <= 50 words in the emails body.

If they don't count a then that means I had 50 words.. Just wait and see if I get an email saying I didn't get through :/
