Yep, Rainbow is real. Have you not seen Zippy bags sold in shops? They did that alot about 2 or 3 years ago. He got quite popular again. That video was apparently:

"Made by a pissed off script writer who used to work for one of the Carry On films."

There's a video somewhere with a review on that video with a narrator saying that.

Also, if shiz isn't filtered, then pissed shouldn't be either.
