[REQUEST] Habbo Layout With User System

Hey there, everyone!
I just wanted to know if anyone is able to code me a habbo layout with a usersystem.
The layout, it could use Habbo colours, and I would prefer it to look more like the old Habbo site (me be old fashioned!).

The usersystem, I'd just like profile, maybe tags, status sig (if needed), etc, etc.

I'm willing to pay the coder 5 to 10 Australian Dollars through PayPal if it coded, but I'd prefer it to be free.

Um.
That's a pretty big job... especially with the user system and all.
Either lower your expectations a fair bit, or post this in the Paid Request section and offer 15.00-20.00 AUD.
