Yes, Great point he can leave a rare in for 10 minutes then take it out after the 10 minutes..that alone is the only reason why he should be hotel manager .. i mean really gosh what will the world come out if a 'rare' is out longer then 10 minutes..I was seriously thinking about killing myself if it was out for longer

and i don't think i need another reason. what else do they do? AHMs usually do the competitions etc.
