I weigh about 9.6-9.7
and, have quite a lot of flab! xD
I need a routine to burn this off?

cut down on carbs and calories
tone up mainly (situps etc)
go for a run, or walk as well :]

do what i dooo
pick something such as biscuits, crisps, chocolate or cakes etc.
pick ONE
and dont eat that for a certain amount of time (eg. a week) then take another one out for another week
see what happens

I need a training routine, that I can do in my room.

10 sit ups
20 pres ups
20 sit ups
then rest.
twice a day? :D

Ok by you meaning flab there is no way to get rid of this "flab" unless you put the wieght back on the only other option is liposuction surgery (tummy tuck)
Edit: Every time you lose weight you will get flabs this also goes to preganat women after having a baby they sometimes go for a tummy tuck like victoria beckham.

keep off the junk food. stick to a good diet and eat healthy foods. if you're into sport and stuff, perhaps go for a 20 minute a run a day.

that site may help, has some routines on it and other links to direct you in ways of putting together exercise plans.
running is a really good form of exercise. dont forget to warm up and stuff before you do it though.

the c word that'll make you lose weight is calories.

A. Eat what you like, just less of it and only for breakfast, lunch + dinner.
Cut down on carbs and eat more fibres.
Do press-ups and sit-up every morning and evening. Slowly building up from 10 to about 50 over a couple of months
